Terms

These terms apply to all purchases in the store on joefarwick.com. The seller is Joe Farwick, Ludwig-Van-Beethoven-Str. 53, 59075 Hamm, Germany, email byjoefarwick@gmail.com ("we"). Differing terms of the buyer do not apply.

We sell shirts, hoodies and art prints with fixed designs by Joe Farwick. Every item is printed on demand by our print partner (Gelato) and shipped directly to you. Images in the store are previews of the print files or product mockups; small differences in colour and placement are possible due to the printing process.

The products in the store are not a binding offer. By clicking "Buy" and completing the payment at our payment provider Stripe, you make a binding offer to buy the selected item. We accept your offer by sending the order confirmation by email, which follows the payment. Until you pay, you can correct your input or cancel the checkout at any time. The contract language is English. We do not store the contract text for you; the order confirmation contains the order details, and these terms are available on this page.

All prices are final prices. As a small business under § 19 UStG (German VAT Act), we do not charge VAT and do not show it on invoices. Shipping costs are shown separately on the product page and at checkout before you pay.

Payment is made in advance through Stripe with the payment methods offered at checkout. For deliveries outside the EU, import duties or taxes may be charged by the destination country; they are paid by the recipient.

We deliver to the country selected before checkout. Production and delivery times are shown on the product page and on the shipping & returns page; they are estimates. If an item cannot be produced or delivered, we inform you without delay and refund any payment in full.

Consumers have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. Details and the model withdrawal form: withdrawal policy.

The goods remain our property until full payment.

The statutory warranty rights apply. If an item arrives damaged, misprinted or wrong, please contact us with a photo and your order number – we send a replacement or refund you.

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and under the Product Liability Act. For slight negligence we are only liable for breach of essential contractual obligations, limited to the foreseeable damage typical for the contract.

We are neither willing nor obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. For consumers, this choice of law does not remove the protection of the mandatory provisions of the country where they have their habitual residence.
