Shipping & Returns

Every item is printed for you after payment by our print partner Gelato, usually in a print facility close to the delivery address. Production takes about 2–5 business days before the parcel ships. One item per order.

Shipping is a fixed amount per order, shown on the product page and at checkout before you pay.

• European Union: €4.90 · 4–8 business days
• United States: $5.90 · 4–8 business days
• Switzerland, Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore: €12.90 · 7–15 business days

Delivery times are estimates after production. For deliveries outside the EU, import duties or taxes may apply on delivery; they are charged by the destination country and paid by the recipient. We don't ship to the United Kingdom yet.

You get an email with the tracking link as soon as your parcel ships.

You can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the item, without giving a reason. Tell us by email at byjoefarwick@gmail.com with your order number, then send the item back within 14 days. You bear the direct cost of the return. We refund the price and the standard shipping within 14 days of your withdrawal; we may wait until the item is back with us.

If something arrives damaged, misprinted or wrong, email us a photo and your order number. We send a free replacement or refund you in full – you don't need to send the item back. Your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.
