This privacy policy explains how personal data is processed when you visit this website. Personal data means any information that can identify you personally.

This website is hosted on Vercel. When you visit the site, technical data may be processed automatically in server log files. This can include IP address, browser type, operating system, referrer URL, date and time of access, requested files, and similar technical request data.

This processing is used to deliver the website, maintain stability and security, and detect abuse or technical errors.

If you contact Joe Farwick by email or by using the contact form on this website, the information you provide will be processed for the purpose of handling your request and any follow-up communication.

This website embeds a Spotify player and links to third-party streaming and social platforms. When embedded Spotify content is loaded, personal data such as your IP address, device data, and usage data may be transmitted to Spotify.

If you click external links to Apple Music, Amazon Music, YouTube Music, Deezer, TIDAL, Instagram, or email services, you will leave this website and the privacy policies of those providers will apply.

When you buy in the store, we process the data needed to fulfil the contract (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR) and to meet our legal retention duties (Art. 6 (1) (c) GDPR, e.g. § 147 AO, § 257 HGB): your email address, the destination country, the ordered item, price and order status. We store these in our order database (Neon, a database hosted for us as a processor). We do not store your name or postal address ourselves: they go from the payment page directly to our print partner for delivery.

Payments are handled by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd., Dublin, Ireland. On the Stripe checkout page, Stripe processes your name, email, phone number, billing and shipping address and payment details to carry out the payment, prevent fraud and issue the receipt and invoice. Stripe may transfer data to the USA (EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, standard contractual clauses). Stripe's privacy policy: stripe.com/privacy.

Our print partner Gelato prints and ships your order as our processor (Art. 28 GDPR). Gelato receives your name, shipping address, email and phone number (for the carrier) and the order details, solely to produce and deliver the item. Production may take place in a facility outside the EU close to the delivery address; transfers are covered by Gelato's data processing agreement and standard contractual clauses.

Order confirmations, shipping notices and messages about problems with an order are sent through Resend (USA) as our processor. Resend processes your email address and the content of the message. Transfers to the USA are based on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses.

The print files of our designs are stored on Cloudflare R2 (Cloudflare, Inc.), from where our print partner fetches them. These files contain no personal data.

Under applicable data protection law, you may have the right to request access to your stored personal data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, data portability, and to object to certain processing activities.

You have the right to lodge a complaint with a competent data protection supervisory authority if you believe that the processing of your personal data violates applicable law.

This privacy policy may be updated from time to time to reflect changes in the website, legal requirements, or data processing practices.
